  • We are always on the lookout for brilliant people to join our passionate team of coaches. So, if you’re interested in helping prison leavers rebuild their lives as a StandOut coach - we’d love to speak to you, even if we don’t have any open vacancies.

    StandOut Coaches are key in the delivery of StandOut’s programme and support offer. They inspire, encourage and empower people leaving prison to reach their potential and leave the justice system behind for good. By building non-judgemental and honest relationships, they create a safe space where people can discover who they are and what they are capable of achieving.

    • We believe in the importance of training, and support staff to develop their skills by taking part in a range of internal and external training throughout the year

    • 25 days paid holiday (plus additional Christmas closure and Bank Holidays)

    • 2 paid refresh days per year, with a £30 allowance per day to spend how you choose

    • All staff are enrolled with Nest and pay a 5% contribution, StandOut pays a 5% contribution

    • National Living Wage employer
