Recruit:
Our trainees are motivated and ready to work and have professional CVs and personal disclosure statements. On release, we offer further one-to-one support and work closely with businesses and trainees to ensure we only put forward the right candidate for the role. StandOut will continue to support trainees in the work place for as long as may be required.
Work experience or training opportunities:
If you are part of a business that can offer work placements or training opportunities and are open to our trainees applying once released we would love to hear from you.
Host an insight visit
Starting work can be daunting, especially if you have been out of work for a long time. Company insight visits give trainees an opportunity to hear about what it’s like to work for your company and in your industry. We would love to hear from you if your business could host a visit by a coach and two or three trainees for an inside view of the opportunities that might be available.
Collaborate with us:

Financial support:
To support one trainee through a StandOut course and for up to a year afterwards costs £2000.
