Greene King are looking for a part-time bar and waiting staff to join the team at St James. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service in the form of drinks and fresh food; supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and helping to create an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

You are expected to provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.

  • Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.

  • Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.

  • Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.

  • Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Redemption Roasters: Sales and Accounts Manager

Redemption Roasters is a specialty coffee company with a social mission at its core. We roast high-quality coffee while creating career pathways for people leaving prison.

They are now in a focused growth phase, expanding their wholesale presence across the independent, quality-led hospitality sector. This is a structured, commercially focused sales role at the centre of our wholesale growth.

They are looking for someone who can:

  • Generate new business consistently through outbound activity

  • Bring and leverage an existing network within hospitality and specialty coffee

  • Operate within a clearly defined sales framework

  • Contribute commercially from the outset

Essential requirements

  • Proven experience in wholesale coffee or hospitality sales

  • Existing network within London’s independent hospitality or coffee scene

  • Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

  • Strong understanding of specialty coffee (dial-in, extraction, cupping)

  • Experience delivering training or customer-facing presentations

  • Strong organisational and CRM discipline

  • Full UK driving licence

📰 Contract: Full-time, 45hrs per week

Iceland: Home Delivery Driver (Inside M25)

Iceland are looking for a Home Delivery Driver to join their team. You'll be the face of the business on the road, delivering customers' shopping safely and efficiently while providing excellent service and ensuring every order arrives in the best possible condition.

  • Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (i.e heavy lifting & manual handling)

  • Flexibility to work shifts, the patterns can vary between 6am & 11pm

  • Complete van checks

  • Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition

  • Support in-store operations when required, helping the wider team deliver excellent service.

User Voice: Lived Experience Consultant

User Voice is looking for a passionate, committed individual with personal lived experience of the criminal justice system to join our team as a Lived Experience Consultant.

This role is a great opportunity for someone to put their lived experience to good use. This role is central to ensuring that the voices of people in the justice system shape the services that affect them. You’ll work across London prisons, as well as a range of community‑based projects regionally, and occasionally national. Some projects will require significant travel, so flexibility is essential. You must be off-license to apply, as this role is subject to HMPPS clearance.

  • You must be off community order / prison license

  • Probationary period: Six months

JBT Training: Trainee Site Supervisor

JBT Training are looking for a full-time Site Supervisor Apprentice to join their construction programme in London. You'll be working across live sites while developing the skills needed to build a career in construction supervision, combining hands-on site experience with structured college-based learning.

  • Support day-to-day activity on construction sites, helping teams deliver work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.

  • Take part in structured learning, with 20% of time spent in college and 80% gaining hands-on site experience.

  • Travel across different sites within the local area to support projects and attend training and college sessions.

    🎓 Requirements:

  • English and Maths at GCSE Grade 3 or above, or Functional Skills at Level 1 or above.

  • Living in England for the last 3 years and have right to work status

  • 18+ due to site H&S rules

It would be advantageous if you have already completed technical certificates in construction or multi-skills, have previous related work experience and a CSCS, but this is certainly not essential.

📰 Contract: Full-time Apprenticeship (40 hours per week)

💷 Pay: £12.75 per hour

XO Barbers:

XO Barbers offers hands‑on barbering training through Onwards & Upwards, designed to help people - particularly those who have faced barriers to employment - build skills and confidence for a career in barbering. Their programme runs both inside HMP Brixton and in the community, where trainees learn core barbering techniques and practice real haircuts in a professional setting. Trainees are supported from initial training through to gaining real experience on clients, often at low‑cost training trims, and the initiative aims to improve employment prospects and provide a fresh start for participants.

XO Barbers Blackfriars Road has officially opened its doors on 12th Jan 2026 for their training programme in the community. Referrals for the course are now open.

KERB: Street food training

Kerb offers an opportunity for anyone who aspires to start their own food business to learn everything about owning a business, planning and executing there idea, through online courses and in person workshops. There is then an opportunity to pitch your completed busy plan to a group of professionals who may then fund your business start up.

Back to Work: Hospitality and Catering (online)

This Hospitality & Catering pre-employment training programmes is designed to equip you with the essential communication and customer-facing skills needed to secure a full-time role working in hospitality or catering.

This course combines two industry-recognised Level 2 qualifications, delivered online by expert tutors to help you build confidence, employability and job-ready skills.

Requirements :

  • You must be over the age of 19

  • Be in possession of your own laptop

  • Have a good use of English

  • Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality & Catering

    • Level 1 Certificate/Award in Customer Service

If you have immigration issues and are feeling alone and as though you need some company, then why not pop along to the Refugee Group. This is a weekly gathering at Bethnal Green Library. Everyone's welcome at this friendly weekly social group. Meet people, make friends, and share stories and advice - with the occasional guest speaker. PLUS free tea and coffee.

This is a UK charity that uses football as a way to bring people together and create positive change for individuals facing social exclusion, including people experiencing homelessness, seeking asylum, or struggling with mental health or justice system involvement.

❗Free, trauma‑informed football sessions that anyone can join
❗Turn up with no referral or registration needed

Beyond playing football, the organisation provides wrap‑around support such as:
-housing advice -emotional support -access to education -volunteering opportunities and connection with partner services to help players build confidence and work toward positive futures.

Get involved by attending local drop‑in football sessions, or by contacting Street Soccer to learn more about programmes in their area.

📍Sessions take place in locations across London including Lambeth, Southwark and Shoreditch.

  • We have grants and financial support available; covering household items, emergency accommodation, travel, ID, food and more. We also have progression grants to support you with starting a course or purchasing equipment such as PPE to start work.

  • Clothing (including coats) and toiletries are also available to collect from our offices in Vauxhall.
