Keltbray: Client Engagement & Events Coordinator

Keltbray are looking for a Client Engagement & Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of internal and external events. You'll help deliver high-quality events that strengthen client relationships, support business development and promote employee engagement.

You will:

• Support the planning and delivery of client events, conferences, employee roadshows, recognition events, Family Days and company celebrations.

• Work with the Business Development, HR and Communications teams to support client engagement and employee events.

• Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, travel, accommodation and suppliers.

• Manage event timelines, registrations, guest lists and attendee communications.

• Attend events where required and support their on-site delivery.

Sodexo are looking for an Evening Cleaner to join their team in South London. You'll help maintain high standards of cleanliness across office and communal areas, ensuring the workplace is clean, tidy and ready for use.

You will:

• Carry out cleaning duties across designated office and communal areas.

• Clean hard floors and dust low-level surfaces using the appropriate methods and equipment.

• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated working hours.

• Follow Health & Safety, fire safety and site procedures at all times.

• Report any incidents, hazards or maintenance concerns promptly to a supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial.

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed, including heavy lifting and manual handling.

User Voice: Lived Experience Consultant

User Voice is looking for a passionate, committed individual with personal lived experience of the criminal justice system to join our team as a Lived Experience Consultant.

This role is a great opportunity for someone to put their lived experience to good use. This role is central to ensuring that the voices of people in the justice system shape the services that affect them. You’ll work across London prisons, as well as a range of community‑based projects regionally, and occasionally national. Some projects will require significant travel, so flexibility is essential. You must be off-license to apply, as this role is subject to HMPPS clearance.

• You must be off community order / prison license.

• Probationary period: Six months.

Greene King: Bar and Waiting Apprentice

Greene King are looking for a full-time Bar and Waiting Apprentice to join their premium pub team in Wilmington, Clerkenwell. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for customers while developing your bar, waiting and customer service skills through work-based apprenticeship training.

• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations and preparing drinks that meet customer expectations.

• Assist with greeting customers, serving food and looking after guests whilst they dine at the pub.

• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean, dealing with any issues quickly and safely.

  🎓 Requirements:

• No college attendance is required, with the apprenticeship delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks.

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.

Functional Skills in English and Maths will be available, with support tailored to individual needs if GCSEs or equivalent qualifications have not already been achieved.

XO Barbers:

XO Barbers offers hands‑on barbering training through Onwards & Upwards, designed to help people - particularly those who have faced barriers to employment - build skills and confidence for a career in barbering. Their programme runs both inside HMP Brixton and in the community, where trainees learn core barbering techniques and practice real haircuts in a professional setting. Trainees are supported from initial training through to gaining real experience on clients, often at low‑cost training trims, and the initiative aims to improve employment prospects and provide a fresh start for participants.

XO Barbers Blackfriars Road has officially opened its doors on 12th Jan 2026 for their training programme in the community. Referrals for the course are now open.

Kerb offers an opportunity for anyone who aspires to start their own food business to learn everything about owning a business, planning and executing there idea, through online courses and in person workshops. There is then an opportunity to pitch your completed busy plan to a group of professionals who may then fund your business start up.

Back to Work: Hospitality and Catering (online)

This Hospitality & Catering pre-employment training programmes is designed to equip you with the essential communication and customer-facing skills needed to secure a full-time role working in hospitality or catering.

This course combines two industry-recognised Level 2 qualifications, delivered online by expert tutors to help you build confidence, employability and job-ready skills.

Requirements :

• You must be over the age of 19

• Be in possession of your own laptop

• Have a good use of English

Koestler Arts: Rock, Paper, Scissors

Rock, Paper, Scissors is an exhibition celebrating the creativity and talent of people in criminal justice settings across the UK. It features around 200 artworks selected from more than 7,500 entries to the 2026 Koestler Awards.

Curated by the Parental Imprisonment Collective (PIC), with support from young ambassadors from the Prison Advice and Care Trust (PACT), the exhibition explores themes of childhood, family, choices, chance and the different paths our lives can take.

Drawing on their own experiences, the young curators invite visitors to look beyond a person’s circumstances or sentence and consider the individual stories and experiences that have shaped their lives.

What’s Happening On The Day:

🎨 Explore the exhibition: Discover around 200 artworks created by people in criminal justice settings, selected from more than 7,500 entries to the 2026 Koestler Awards.

🖼️ Discover different art forms: See a wide range of creative work including painting, sculpture, textiles, crafts, writing, music and pieces made from found materials.

Salseros Friends - Latin Dance Classes & Social Events

This is a UK charity that uses football as a way to bring people together and create positive change for individuals facing social exclusion, including people experiencing homelessness, seeking asylum, or struggling with mental health or justice system involvement.

❗Free, trauma‑informed football sessions that anyone can join.
❗Turn up with no referral or registration needed.

Beyond playing football, the organisation provides wrap‑around support such as:
-housing advice -emotional support -access to education -volunteering opportunities and connection with partner services to help players build confidence and work toward positive futures.

Get involved by attending local drop‑in football sessions, or by contacting Street Soccer to learn more about programmes in their area.

📍Sessions take place in locations across London including Lambeth, Southwark and Shoreditch.
