Employment

Anthro Solutions: Drivers, Logistics Supervisors, Labourers, General Operatives, Electrical/Mechanical Supervisors, Electrical Chargehands, and more (including apprenticeships)

Anthro Solutions are contracted to work on the HS2 site, Old Oak Common, in West London. They are looking to fill all of the above roles and offer great career progression opportunities and benefits (like an on-site nurse). You would work at the Old Oak Common site, playing a key role in the development of the new High Speed train station. All roles requires energy, focus and a can-do attitude. You should have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; be able to work efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment, be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. Anthro are looking for skills-based CVs (we can help with this!).

Construction: Welcome back returner programme

Willmott Dixon’s programme offers a 20-week paid placement designed for professionals returning to work after a career break, with the potential for a permanent role. Participants are placed in teams or projects that value their skills and are supported through coaching, training, and a thorough induction process. The programme seeks collaborative individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering quality service. While experience in construction, residential building, or fit-out is ideal, the company also welcomes applicants with transferable skills from other industries who share their values. 

📰 Contract: 20 week paid placement with the opportunity to go full time.

📍 Location: London

💰 Pay: Between: £22,000 to £28,000 per year if kept on.

Eligibility: You will need to hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification – Level 3 or higher, have plant maintenance/fault finding experience one years driving experience and general computer litaracy.

Network Rail: Roster Clerk


As a Roster Clerk, you’ll help keep our frontline teams running smoothly by building and maintaining efficient rosters across St Pancras, Ebbsfleet, and Stratford International. You’ll ensure staffing schedules are accurate, up to date, and aligned with safety and operational standards.

From managing leave and training to supporting payroll accuracy and monitoring safety-critical competencies, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and employee wellbeing.

Previous rostering experience is helpful but not essential — if you’re organised, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we’ll provide full training and support. Benefits include 75% subsidy on rail season tickets (including London Underground), generous annual leave and development opportunities — all within an inclusive, collaborative work culture.

💰 Pay: £28,749 + £3,270 London allowance

Sodexo: Event & Matchday Chef - Fulham Pier

As an Event and Matchday Chef, you’ll prepare and serve high-quality dishes across a range of events — from fine dining to large-scale banqueting — all set against the backdrop of Craven Cottage and the River Thames.

You’ll support service in multiple kitchens, maintain excellent food safety standards, and work closely with a passionate team to deliver unforgettable matchday and private event experiences.

Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but if you’re passionate, organised, and a strong team player, you will be supported to grow in the role. Benefits include flexible shifts, free staff meals, and the chance to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality team in a unique riverside location and football stadium.

M&S: Customer Assistant - Foods - London Victoria Cardinal Place

M&S are looking for a Customer Assistant in the Foods section of their Victoria store to play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. M&S need enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about great service, confident using digital tools like the Sparks App, and eager to share their knowledge of M&S products with customers. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to work across different areas of the store, and happy to support your team to ensure the shop floor is always looking its best. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential for this fast-paced, customer-facing role.

📰 Contract: Part-time (Tuesday & Friday, 11:00–16:00)
📍 Location: Victoria store

Education and training

Connection Crew: Test + Build + Academy Training

Looking to break into event crewing? Join our Test + Build taster session to see if this hands-on, team-focused work is right for you. Successful candidates will progress to the 3-day Academy training, where you’ll learn essential crewing skills and gain access to London Living Wage jobs. Test + Build is a half-day practical session. Completion is required to access Academy training.

Essential criteria:
✅ Interest in practical, physical work
✅ Must have valid Right to Work status
✅ Commitment to full Academy attendance
✅ Ideally referred via a key worker (this can be one of us!)

Timings: Test + Build: Friday 26th September 2025

(Registration Deadline: Wednesday 24th September 2025; Academy dates: 29th & 30th September, 2nd October; Induction: October 2025)

Daily Stipend: £15 food + £5 travel (cash-in-hand, daily)

Project ReMAKE: Self Employment Course

A course for people who have left prison that have there own business idea and would like help to move this forwards. Typically there are 12-15 entrepreneurs per course and each person will get the chance to work 1/1 with a business mentor and 2 student advisors to formulate a business idea into a business plan. At the end of the course, you will get the chance to present your business idea (Dragons' Den style) to a group of industry professionals who give feedback and help in establishing the business and the course then ends with a graduation ceremony to celebrate everyone’s progress.

Twin group: Training programmes

This programme offers fully funded training courses for individuals aged 19+ who are unemployed, seeking work, or earning under £25,000 annually. The courses are flexible and accessible, catering to people with childcare, part-time jobs, or other commitments, and include self-paced and scheduled options. Available qualifications range from Level 1 to Level 3 in areas such as business, customer service, retail, warehousing, money management and autism awareness. All training is completely free, and in-person visits can be arranged to help explain opportunities to staff or service users.

Liberty Kitchen - Street Food Training Programme

So you think you can cook? Ok. Are you ready to do what it takes to go to the next level? Liberty’s Kitchen’s Youth Development Program is a twelve-week paid job-training program for youth ages 18-24. Liberty kitchen offer hands-on skill building in food service, career development, leadership, and life skills. Not interested in cooking? No problem. This  program is designed to teach you the skills that you can  transfer to ANY job!

Fight4Change

Free Mental Health Focused Boxing Sessions

Fight4change combines the physical discipline of boxing with a program to create better mental health. This programme for men anyone want to having better mental health in combination with physical health, socialize and become part of a positive community.

St Margaret’s House: Social Gardening Club Volunteer

Love the outdoors or looking for a therapeutic way to give back to your community? Join our Social Gardening Club at St Margaret’s House! Following the transformation of our garden—including the award-winning Talitha Arts Garden—we’re inviting local volunteers to help us keep the space thriving through simple but vital tasks like weeding and watering.

No experience needed—just a willingness to get stuck in, even for 5 minutes! Gardening meetups are held monthly, and all are welcome to drop in.
