Head of Fundraising and Partnerships

The role

Are you an experienced fundraiser looking to bring your sense of purpose, energy and creativity to an organisation that values these qualities and gives you the freedom to use them?

In this role, you'll help us meet our strategic aims and income requirements, supporting an independently funded charity with a turnover of over £1 million. Trusts and foundations make up much of our funding, and you’ll play a key role in diversifying this vital income stream. You’ll be joining an organisation that has bucked the trend in income growth, but we don’t take that for granted. You’ll also be deeply engaged in identifying new income streams and growing our corporate partnerships and major donor fundraising.

While you will be leading our fundraising ambitions, you will not be doing this alone. You’ll be supported by a Fundraising Officer and Partnerships Lead, with the senior leadership team behind you every step of the way. We know the fundraising landscape is increasingly challenging, which is why you’ll be able to draw on expertise and support from across the organisation.
